The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed

the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC):

• Lot 1: One Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos and Ninety Centavos (Php168,236.90)
• Lot 2: Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and Sixty-Six Centavos (Php798,874.66)
• Lot 3: Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos Only (Php79,926.00)

Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St. Sampaloc, Manila through facsimile No. (02) 5-3100037 or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative not later than June 29, 2023 at 9:00 A.M..
