Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the contract shall be rejected.

The following documents are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:

• Photocopy of Valid Business Permit
• Proof of Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) Registration
