The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) mourns the untimely passing of two (2) members of the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) namely, Hon. Rosalinda D. Evangelista and Hon. George O. Fernandez.

Hon. Evangelista, who is also a former Associate Commissioner of the PRC, was appointed as a Member of the PRB of Accountancy (PRBOA) on 3 March 2022 and sworn into office on 9 March 2022 and served until 9 January 2023.

Hon. Fernandez was appointed as a Member of the PRB of Criminology (PRBOC) on 11 March 2015 and took his oath of office on 24 March 2015. From then, he served in the PRBOC until 31 January 2023.

The PRC deeply honors their exemplary service, invaluable contribution, and strong commitment to regulate and supervise practice of profession in their respective discipline.
