Manila, May 8, 2017 – Ms. Sinamar E. Estudillo, DVM, PhD. and Mr. Eduardo B. Torres, DVM, PhD., members of the CPD Council for Veterinary Medicine received Plaques of Appreciation for having performed their duties with competence, passion and commitment from March 24, 2014 to March 24, 2017. The awarding was held on April 21, 2017 at Conference Room, 2nd Floor, PRC Main Building. Their plaques of appreciation were awarded by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes. Also in the photo are Hon.
