Hon. Rafael R. Castillo, newly appointed member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Medicine, formally took his oath before the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on 23 June 2020 at the Bulawagang Nubla, 5^th Floor, PRC, P. Paredes Street, Sampaloc, Manila. The said oathtaking was administered by Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. and witnessed by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes.
