Manila, November 07, 2017 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that PRC office/s and service centers located in National Capital Region (NCR) and Pampanga will be closed on November 13-15, 2017 in the observance of Proclamation No. 332 of the Office of the President declaring the aforementioned dates as special non-working days due to the 31st ASEAN SUMMIT.
