PRC Adds Additional Dates to their Mobile Outreach Service in Ilocos Sur and Pangasinan

The Professional Regulation Commission - Baguio Regional Office announces the addition of the following dates and venues for their Mobile Services in Northern Luzon provinces starting 9 August to 11 August, 2018.

Below is the schedule and the services available through PRC Baguio Mobile services.

SERVICES OFFERED

  • Application for licensure examinations.
  • Registration of License for Examination passers.
  • Renewal of Professional ID card.
  • Release of Professional ID Card and Certificate of Registration (per prior request by the professional and subject to availability).
  • Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing (upon request)
  • Issuance of Certificates of Passing and Ratings.

Professionals who wish to claim their Professional ID Card and/or Board Certificate on the above schedules may e-mail prcbaguio.regulations.renewal@gmail.com 

or prcbaguio.releasing@gmail.com or text 0946-083-8240 and/or 0927-788-0145 at least 3 or 4 working days before the scheduled date with the following information:
