Engr. Archie D. Maglaya, newly appointed CPD Council Second Member and Engr. Rudy M. Gaspillo, newly appointed CPD Council Alternate Second Member for Mechanical Engineering, formally took their oath before the Professional Regulation Commission on 18 November 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), 3rd Floor, Delegation Building. The said oathtaking was administered by Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. and witnessed by Commissioners Yolanda D. Reyes and Jose Y. Cueto, Jr..
