Larion, newly appointed CPD Council Chairperson for Chemical Engineering, formally took his oath before the Professional Regulation Commission on 12 December 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), 3rd Floor, Delegation Building. The said oathtaking was administered by Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. and witnessed by Commissioners Yolanda D. Reyes and Jose Y. Cueto, Jr..
