Ciudadano, appointed Vice Chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy, formally took her oath before the Professional Regulation Commission on 18 November 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), 3rd Floor, Delegation Building. The said oathtaking was administered by Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. and witnessed by Commissioners Yolanda D. Reyes and Jose Y. Cueto, Jr..
