The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is pleased to inform the new passers of different licensure examinations of its online oathtaking application system and the conduct of the virtual or online special oathtaking in order for them to register and immediately practice their profession and earn their living during this time of pandemic and health crisis.

Further, those who do not have gadgets and access to internet connections and those approved applicants for registration without examinations may still be accommodated for special oathtaking through the regional offices subject to the existing guidelines on the conduct of face-to-face special oathtaking and compliance to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease restrictions on mass gathering.
