PRC Tuguegarao announces that in observance of the celebration of its 15th Charter day Anniversary of the City of Tuguegarao on Thursday, 18 December 2014 is declared as a Special (NON-WORKING) day (per Proclamation No. 928 dated 11 December 2014), hence, office transactions/operations are temporarily suspended on the said date.
