MANILA, PHILIPPINES - In congruence with the Health, Beauty, and Wellness Service during the 51st Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Founding Anniversary and 2024 PRC Regulation Week Celebration with the theme: “Pagpupugay sa Makabago at Mapanlikhang Propesyonal ng Bayan,” the Professional Regulatory Board of Speech - Language Pathology (PRB-SLP) organized a webinar titled: “Living Long, Aging Strong: Boosting the Older Filipino’s Cognitive & Feeding Health” last June 18, 2024 via Microsoft Teams online platform.

Centered on understanding the Filipino mindset shift of “pagtanda” to an age / phase of strength, adaptability, and vitality, the webinar aimed to assist participants, officers, and personnel from various PRC Regional Offices and Divisions in boosting the older Filipino’s Cognitive and Feeding Health.  The insightful and engaging talk was administered by the very first recipient of the Outstanding Professional of the Year for PRB-SLP, Miss Carla Krishan A. Cuadro, RSLP. 

As witnessed and attended by the PRB-SLP Chairperson herself, Hon. Maria Eusebia Catherine S. Sadicon, truly, it was a learning experience for the participants!
